Cathy Hanke, Client Care Team Supervisor Client care team supervisor Cathy Hanke has been part of the AHNA team since 1999. She enjoys helping pets in need and loves getting to know all the pets and clients that come into the hospital each day. In her spare time, Cathy can be found hiking, playing tennis, relaxing and spending time with her grandson. She shares her home with two cats, Oliver and Maggie Mae, and two cats, Annabelle and London.

Norma Morgan, Client Care Team Member Norma Morgan has been helping clients and pets at AHNA as a client care team member since 1987. She is proud to be part of the caring, compassionate staff and feels like clients, their pets and the hospital staff are all one big family.When she's not at the hospital, Norma enjoys gardening, camping, and spending time with her family and pets. Her animal companions include three dogs, Buzzie, Jake and Tillie, a cat named Clara, two mini horses, 30 chickens and one rooster.

A member of the client care team at AHNA since 2004, Kim Chandler started out as an AHNA client and loved the hospital so much she joined the staff. Kim's four-legged family members include Beaufort, an English Bulldog; Maggie, a Bassett/Lab mix; Haley, a Lab mix, and Roxy, a Boxer. In her free time, Kim enjoys gardening, hiking, boating and making jewelry.

Kalon Sloan, Client Care Team Member Kalon Sloan has assisted clients and their pets as part of the AHNA client care team since 2003. She enjoys connecting with the clients that come into the hospital each day and loves working with pets. Cooking, traveling, gardening and making dolls are some of Kalon's many hobbies. Most of all, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, Annie, who is one of the many blessings she counts every day. She enjoys the companionship of her two dogs, Lottie Dottie and Lena Horne, and a cat named Caledonia.

Amy Sain, Client Care Team Member A client care team member since 2008, Amy Sain is glad to be part of the friendly, caring AHNA staff. She loves animals and enjoys working with a team that's always willing to do what's best for pets. At home, she enjoys the companionship of her English Bulldog, Rock. Scrapbooking, crafting, gardening and spending time with family and friends are just some of Amy's favorite pastimes.

Lynne Wilson, Client Care Team Member Lynne Wilson has been part of the AHNA client care team since 1980. She is proud of AHNA's commitment to excellent veterinary care and the health of all pets. Lynne spends much of her free time watching her children, Olivia and Clark, participate in Asheville Youth Rowing Association events. She enjoys walking around the lakes and by rivers during events and can also be found catching up on her reading in her spare time. At home, she enjoys the companionship of her cats, Pastel, Flash and JoJo, and dogs Blue, Cayenne and Nanay.

Client care team member April Lambert joined the AHNA staff in 1999. She loves being part of the caring, compassionate staff and enjoys working with clients and their pets. When she's not at the hospital, April enjoys camping, reading, and writing. She can also be found outside, planing the most hearty flowers and shrubs she can find in her new yard. Most of all, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. April's four-legged family members include Phoebe, a Boston Terrier, cats Kevin and Pippi, and a hamster named Owen.

Sheri Parks, Client Care Team Member Sheri Parks has assisted clients and their pets at AHNA since 2004. She is glad to be part of a staff that truly cares for pets and loves being able to hold, hug and kiss all the pets that come in each day. Sheri's hobbies include crafting, baking and gardening. She most enjoys spending her free time with her family and her pets. Her animal companions include Weebo and Meara, two Jack Russell Terriers, cats Ashley, Abby, Boogie, Puddy, Leary and Momma, and a rabbit named Lola.

Client care team member Donna Chainas joined the Animal Hospital of North Asheville team in 2009. She is proud to work with the compassionate, professional staff and veterinarians.

Donna shares her home with two cats, Moe and Nike. Both cats adopted her - Moe found her in Portland, OR, and Nike was found sleeping in the backseat of her convertible. In her spare time, Donna enjoys traveling (Italy, Greece, Norway and Indonesia are some of her favorite places), hiking, doing crossword puzzles, and hunting for bargains in second-hand shops, along with many other hobbies.
