Staff Training Information

We are dedicated to providing high quality patient care and customer service. To that end, we close for 2 and-a-half hours weekly for staff training (we do stay available for emergencies). Doctors, outside speakers and specialists, hospital managers, telephone and webnar conferences are utilized for this training. We send staff to continuing education lectures and wet labs, we provide journal subscriptions and latest texts in our library. All doctors have accounts to attend national conferences of latest cutting-edge lectures and wet labs and always exceed North Carolina licensing requirements. Doctors attending continuing education get broad information but also concentrate on their areas of heightened interest and skill and then share this information with the other doctors - another advantage of a large multi-doctor practice.
